Ride, Save & Support Local with Businesses for Bikes
Central Virginia Commuter Services (CVCS) is excited to announce its new "Businesses for Bikes" program. We're inviting businesses and bikers to participate in this special program to encourage biking in Lynchburg while supporting local businesses.
When you ride your bike to participating businesses, you'll be eligible for a special discount simply by showing your Businesses for Bikes helmet decal. Whether you're grabbing a coffee, enjoying a meal, shopping locally, or running errands, Businesses for Bikes makes it even more rewarding to bike around town.
Participating businesses are featured on the interactive map below, making it easy to discover bike-friendly destinations throughout the Lynchburg area. By participating, you're helping support local businesses while promoting healthier, more sustainable transportation choices in our community.
The program is free to join. All you need is a decal. Decals will be available for pickup at:
- Participating Businesses (listed below)
- The Lynchburg Community Market on Saturdays during June
- The Central Virginia Planning District Commission Offices (828 Main St, Floor 12, Lynchburg) during business hours
- or Mailed upon request
