Join Businesses for Bikes

Central Virginia Commuter Services (CVCS) is excited to announce its new "Businesses for Bikes" program. We're inviting businesses across the Central Virginia region to participate in a new bike-friendly initiative designed to encourage cyclists to commute by bike and patronize local businesses.

Participating businesses will be featured on an interactive map (coming soon!), highlighting bike-friendly locations, helping cyclists easily find and visit your business. There is no cost for businesses to participate in the program, but participating businesses are asked to provide a small incentive (i.e. a small discount or perk) to cyclists who present their decal. Participating businesses will be given a free "Businesses for Bikes" decal (as shown above) to be placed in their store window to show participation in the program. This is a great opportunity to attract new customers, increase visibility, and support more active transportation in Lynchburg.
